1. Agreement

By accessing exactpoint.bond or enrolling in courses, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining account security and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us of unauthorized access.

3. Course access

• Self-Paced: lifetime access to course materials.
• Live Cohorts: recordings accessible for one year after the cohort ends.
• We may update or replace course materials to improve clarity and accuracy.

4. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, infringing, or abusive conduct.
• No sharing, reselling, or redistributing course content without permission.
• No interference with site security or functionality.

5. Payments and refunds

Prices are listed in USD. Refunds follow our policy: Self-Paced courses refundable within 7 days if under 20% progress; Live Cohorts refundable up to 72 hours before the first session, then prorated.

6. Intellectual property

All content is owned by ExactPoint Atelier or licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal educational use.

7. Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific creative outcomes, income, or results.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We may modify these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will post revisions with an updated effective date.
